Pets are permitted. There is a $150 refundable deposit and a $150 pet fee due upfront, followed by monthly pet rent of $25 per month. Pets must be vaccinated and all roommates must consent to living with a pet, before we can approve it. Call the leasing office for more details.

There is a bus stop directly in front of the main entrance of our building. The bus stops by the property every 10 minutes during the week, and every 30 minutes on weekends. It’s just a 5-minute bus ride from our property to campus.

Our apartments are fully-furnished. We provide each apartment with living room and bedroom furniture, and a full range of appliances of kitchen appliances. We also provide washers and dryers, TVs, and ceiling fans with light kits in every room so you don’t have to purchase lamps.

Yes, you may. However, Park East does not work directly with the Financial aid office, therefore it would be up to you to wait until you have the funds in hand, and then make a payment for your rent

Park East offers garage-parking for $25 per month. Park East has a multi-level gated parking facility with remote control access, built exclusively for Park East residents.

While you’re welcome to lease an apartment with a group of friends, we also offer roommate matching and individual leasing. This means you can show up on your own, lease the apartment of your liking, and leave the rest to us.

Park East is a privately-owned student housing property located just minutes from the Texas Tech University campus.

We accept check, money order, debit/credit cards, traveller’s checks. We do not accept cash payments.

We offer annual (12 month) term and a limited amount of short-term (December-ending) agreements.

With Individual Leasing, you are only responsible for your bedroom and your share of common area expenses. This means that your rent doesn’t change whether you live in an apartment with roommates, or whether you are the only person in an apartment and the remaining rooms are vacant.

Our Pricing includes an electricity and water cap for residents as well valet trash removal! We prefer our residents enjoy the convenience of easy living.
